Sau lễ khai giảng ngày 29/09/2025, 22 học viên của khóa Viettel Global Mobility Program Class 2 – Year 2025 đã nhanh chóng bước vào giai đoạn học tập nghiêm túc. Trong 4 ngày (từ 01 đến 04/10/2025), các học viên – đại diện tiêu biểu đến từ 8 thị trường quốc tế của Viettel gồm Bitel (Peru), Halotel (Tanzania), Lumitel (Burundi), Metfone (Campuchia), Movitel (Mozambique), Mytel (Myanmar), Telemor (Đông Timor) và Unitel (Lào) – đã tham gia chương trình đào tạo chuyên sâu về hai khối năng lực quản trị cốt lõi:
“Giải quyết vấn đề và Ra quyết định” và “Lập kế hoạch, Giao việc, Giám sát và Đánh giá”.

Đồng hành cùng lớp học là ThS. Trần Thị Thu Hiền – Founder & CEO HAH Academy, Phó Giám đốc Trung tâm Bông Sen Vàng (Vietnam Airlines). Với hơn 26 năm kinh nghiệm trong quản trị và điều hành doanh nghiệp toàn cầu, đây là lần thứ hai cô Hiền được Học viện Viettel tin tưởng mời giảng dạy sau thành công của khóa 1.

Xuyên suốt 4 ngày học, chương trình được thiết kế khoa học, kết hợp nhuần nhuyễn giữa lý thuyết hiện đại và các công cụ thực hành quản trị hiệu quả.

• Kỹ năng lập kế hoạch:
  Học viên được hướng dẫn xây dựng kế hoạch chiến lược và tác nghiệp, phân tích môi trường kinh doanh qua các mô hình SWOT, PESTEL, và đặc biệt là ma trận RACI – giúp phân công trách nhiệm rõ ràng và tối ưu hiệu suất làm việc.
• Kỹ năng giải quyết vấn đề và ra quyết định:
  Khóa học đi sâu vào các công cụ thực tiễn như phương pháp 5 Whys để xác định nguyên nhân gốc rễ, sơ đồ xương cá (Fishbone Diagram) để phân tích vấn đề, cùng quy trình 8 bước ra quyết định hiệu quả giúp lựa chọn giải pháp tối ưu trong môi trường kinh doanh phức tạp.

Khóa học nhận được phản hồi rất tích cực từ học viên, với điểm đánh giá trung bình trên 4.7/5 cho các tiêu chí: nội dung, giảng viên và công tác tổ chức.

VIETTEL GLOBAL MOBILITY PROGRAM 2025 – STRENGTHENING CORE MANAGEMENT CAPABILITIES FOR FUTURE GLOBAL LEADERS Following the opening ceremony on September 29, 2025, the 22 participants of the Viettel Global Mobility Program Class 2 – Year 2025 quickly entered an intensive learning phase.

Over four days (from October 1–4, 2025), the participants – outstanding representatives from Viettel’s eight international markets including Bitel (Peru), Halotel (Tanzania), Lumitel (Burundi), Metfone (Cambodia), Movitel (Mozambique), Mytel (Myanmar), Telemor (Timor-Leste), and Unitel (Laos) – took part in a professional training program focused on two essential managerial competencies: “Problem Solving & Decision Making” and “Planning, Delegating, Supervising, and Evaluating.”

Blending Global Expertise and Viettel’s Practical Spirit Accompanying the class was Ms. Trần Thị Thu Hiền, Founder & CEO of HAH Academy and Deputy Director of the Golden Lotus Center (Vietnam Airlines). With over 26 years of experience in global business management, this marked her second time being invited to teach at Viettel Academy after the remarkable success of the first program.

Throughout the four training days, the curriculum was carefully designed to integrate modern management theory with hands-on practical tools, allowing participants to apply knowledge directly to their professional contexts.

1. Planning Skills Participants learned how to develop both strategic and operational plans, analyze business environments using models such as SWOT, PESTEL, and especially the RACI matrix, which helps define roles and responsibilities clearly to enhance performance efficiency.
    
2. Problem Solving & Decision Making Skills The course went in-depth with practical tools such as the 5 Whys method to identify root causes, the Fishbone Diagram for issue analysis, and an 8-step decision-making framework to help select optimal solutions in complex business environments.
